Dropkist Return & Refund Policy

At Dropkist, we stand behind the premium quality of our specialty electronics. We offer a comprehensive 30-Day Return Policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at our support email with photographic or video proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or full refund.

Returns Process To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Approved returns will be directed to our local inspection node in South Africa—you will not be required to ship items back internationally.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
